San Francisco. CA - San Francisco Supervisor David Campos made the following statement on March 14, 2011 about the importance of early detection for prostate cancer.

"Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of death among men in the United States. Early detection improves the possibility of successful treatments and higher survival rates. That is another reason, I encourage men over 45 years of age to utilize Prostate Cancer Resource, a community-based non-profit agency free prevention, education and outreach service"
